Tasty Tuesdays ~ Baked Parmesan Zucchinni

Hello Chic Mammas,

Today Melissa from The Mutts Kitchen is serving up Baked Parmesan Zucchini.

I love zucchini and all the different things I can do with it. This makes a delicious side dish that the kids will ask for more. What different ways do you like to prepare your zucchini? I would love to hear.

BAKED PARMESAN ZUCCHINI 

Final Zucchini

Ingredients:

4 zucchini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

1. Wash and prep zucchini by cutting off the ends and cutting into quarters.

2. Place in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil, add garlic and toss.

3. In a small bowl combine parmesan, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

5. Sprinkle the small bowl over the zucchini and toss.

6. Place the zucchini on a foil lined pan and bake for 15 minutes.

7. Broil for 2-3 minutes for some colour if desired.
