As Mummies, life can get hectic and it happens on a daily basis. Yesterday a friend gave me some advice…JUST BREATHE! As simple as it sounds, it’s some pretty good advice so I thought I’d share it with you. For those moments when you are losing your mind running after 1, 2, 3 or 4 little ones (God bless those of you with more than 1 haha) just take some time for yourself and “JUST BREATHE”!

something happened to me yesterday which was very disturbing…I can’t make sense of it at all so it has been frustrating and my stomach has been in knots ever since…..thanks for the reminder to just “breathe” – it really does help!
